If you need some thermal paste on the cheap because you ran out, or you had to clean off the pre-installed thermal paste that came on your cooler, then this is good enough to do the job. However, it is the cheapest stuff out there, so I wouldn't trust it to be very good if you want to overclock your system and keep the thermals low.
Cheap and easy thermal paste, I definitely would have chosen a better one but it does the job.
