Destined to Be was written to introduce children to different careers while exploring their ABCs. The hope is that children will become more aware of the opportunities that life can present, their Purpose, and their Destiny.

Author Biography

Destin McClain is a native of Joliet, IL and the eldest of his siblings. McClain always had a dream of mentoring young children. At the age of 25, after going through a series of complex life issues, he landed a job working with kids which activated his passion. McClain uses "Destined To Be" as an outlet to express his inward desire to help others. McClain is a member of One Vision Worship Center in Joliet, where he has gained a lot of his faith and inspiration to do better in this journey called life. He is a firm believer that "YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU" (Philippians 4:13) and he hopes that you give life the same attitude. Giving up wasn't an option for McClain, and neither is it for you.
