These are great stories for kids, or anyone who remembers listening to stories on the radio in the 60s and 70s. I had forgotten the names of a few, but as soon as I heard them again I recognised them all. Love them all.

These are the stories I used to lie in bed and listen to in the weekends when I was little. Most of the stories are exactly as I remember them and very enjoyable. The only CD I didn't like was the Christmas one number 3 and that's just because it didn't have my favourites on it. I'm very happy with this purchase!
We played these in the car when the children were little. They loved them and it kept them entertained on long trips. I loaned our cds to someone and they were lost so I recently bought this set to keep for the future when we have grandchildren!
I have bought this CD set for my son for Christmas so am yet to open it. However, I purchased it on the basis that I know many of the stories and songs from my own childhood. I can clearly remember the images I conjured up as I lay in bed on Sunday mornings listening to stories such as Molly Whuppie and Three Billy Goats Gruff. I still love listening to these now so wanted to share this experience with my own children. On that basis, I'd highly recommend this CD set, particularly as it was awesome value.
