They are following clues from an aging Paleontologist - a Krakow shop owner who claimed to know and be working with Dr. Nogard - in a land of caves, cliffs, canyons, waterfalls, and Forungle! The Carr-Turner family of Paleontologists and all members of Base Camp Bialowieza consider themselves to be very lucky. Not only do they hunt for dinosaurs, but they hunt for dragons, as well! Originally designed to be a one- or two-year excavation, this one has been extended indefinitely as the search continues for their missing beloved lead scientist. Although Dr. Ima Revol Nogard, disappeared on walkabout almost 7 years ago, the team has not only stuck together, but it has grown! Now 20 people strong, this group of adults and children work together through all the seasons. Nate Carr-Turner has turned out to be an instinctive scientist, helping lead the team ever closer to finding Dr. Nogard, with whom he has a special connection and seems to share her amazing talent for sensing where the dragons roam...
