This text claims that tourism needs a fresh and updated approach and discusses why this is so. "Dynamic tourism" is an approach which needs to be adopted by the tourism industry. Author Biography:

Priscilla Boniface is an international consultant in heritage and tourism. Among her posts has been as Senior Lecturer in Travel and Tourism Marketing at the University of Northumbria. She is the author of Managing Quality Cultural Tourism and co-author of Heritage and Tourism in 'the global village', both published by Routledge.
