Dynasty Warriors Advance is a unique title that blends the Turn Based Strategy, RPG and Action genres. The games main focus is on action, with similar Turn Based Strategy elements to Advance Wars or Fire Emblem, where players choose a move for their character on a map screen. Once the player engages an enemy the game becomes an action packed real time battle against multiple enemies. The game also features RPG elements such as levelling up a character, upgradeable weapons and a progressing storyline.
