I bought this with the intention of it being my ‘gaming-only’ mouse, but it's become my all-purpose one. Solid, sturdy and pretty reliable (very occasionally it's become unresponsive, but that just requires unplugging/replugging to fix it), it's had a pretty tough work out since I bought it in March this year, and is still going strong. The only thing I would say is that it's a reasonably long mouse, so if you have smaller hands you might want to look elsewhere. But for a good basic/entry-level gaming mouse, I definitely give it the thumbs up.
