Richard E. Blanton is Professor of Anthropology at Purdue University. Peter N. Peregrine is Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Lawrence University. Deborah Winslow is Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of New Hampshire. Thomas D. Hall is Professor of Sociology at DePaul University.
