ELIZABETH McKEON is the coauthor of The American Diner Cookbook and author of Fit for a King: The Elvis Presley Cookbook and Cinema Under the Stars. A researcher in entertainment history, she lives in San Jose, California. LINDA EVERETT is a writer and researcher and expert in entertainment history. She is the coauthor of The American Diner Cookbook and lives in Ocean Park, Washington.
