Emile Henry: Deep Flan Dish – Charcoal

This handmade ceramic bakeware has a highly resistant glaze which does not scratch or craze and is highly resistant to chipping; the glaze is so hard, you can cut inside the dish without harming the surface. The bakeware also has a high resistance to large differences in temperature, and can go from the freezer to a preheated oven.
