I absolutely love this Emile Henry quiche dish, I had been searching on different stores online for this particular dish as it is deep and has the nice crimped edges. Pretty much the only reason I am giving it a 4 star rating is because the product arrived to me damaged -. However, it all ended up good because Mighty Ape handled this issue professionally and replaced my quiche dish once they were aware of what occurred. The dish arrived approximately a week after my first one, so I did not have to wait to long either. Thanks Might Ape great – customer service.
