Emily C. Jackson has been cooking since the age 16. She was inspired from a gourmet cooking class she attended, and the rest is history. All of her friends love her cooking. Emily feels that if you want to eat good food then you need to learn how to cook and make it your own. She is a Southern Belle who knows just exactly what real food should taste like, and that eating out should be a treat, not a habit. Emily is a cooking aficionado with a zest for life and a passion for spreading the good word. She is employed in Westchester County, New York and resides in the city of Mount Vernon.
