Description

The two novels combined in this omnibus (Calde of the Long Sun and Exodus from the Long Sun) comprise the second half of Gene Wolfe's long novel, The Book of the Long Sun. Publishers weekly calls it "One of the major SF series of the decade...The complex language is lovingly crafted. The culture of the Whorl, particularly in its religious manifestations, is presented in rich and fascinating detail. Silk makes for an engaging protagonist...The series as a whole is a bona fide masterpiece". Epiphany is a companion volume to the previously published Litany of the Long Sun and now joins our distinguished Wolfe backlist.
