This expansion will not give you much bang for your buck. You get a few extra cards, a new resource, a couple meeples, and an expansion to an already table hungry board. Its honestly a very empty box and for the same price you can get a fully fleshed out game or multiple expansions to other games that may give you more for what you payed for. I would avoid at full price, do not buy!
Be aware that the retail version of the game doesn't include any of the goal or forest cards provided in the collectors edition. Basically you're getting some alternate colour meeples, 30 or so cards, a few thin card overlays, a bag of counters and a small board for $120. Very sparse content for the money.
It's a nice little expansion that adds enough change to the gameplay to be worth it, but it is incredibly overpriced for what you get in the box so only get it when on special.
