He's an Oracle ACE and speaker at Oracle User Group Meetings. He worked at Oracle Corporation for over eight years in Consulting, Development and Support, working with the database, tools and Oracle E-Business Suite. He left Oracle as the Senior Applications Upgrade Manger in E-Business Suite Release Engineering.
