Author Biography

Clint Pressley is the senior pastor of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is leading the church to minister through its three pillars: exalting Christ, making disciples, and passing the torch. He was a student athlete, playing football at Wofford College, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Pastor Clint received his master of divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently working on his final project for his doctor of ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2014-15 Pastor Clint served as the first vice president of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), and in 2013 he served as the vice president of the National SBC Pastors Conference. He is currently serving as a trustee for the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Clint is married to Connie, and they are the parents of two sons, Mack and Nate.
