A massive explosion destroys a building in Barcelona. Police believe a terrorist cell that is responsible for hundreds of deaths across Europe is behind the explosion. When LAPD cop Nick Harper, tries to contact his young sister Faith, who is pursuing a modelling career in Spain, he realizes that she is now missing.
