As far as graphically… This game isn't a seemless masterpiece. But where it makes up for framerate drops or clipping, is in the immersive storyline and character development. This game is HUGE! Having received my copy yesterday, I've only completed about 4–5hrs so far. I feel like I have only really completed a couple of missions, and know I'm up for a long journey ahead. Immediately you can put yourself into the shoes of the main character, having spent time in his shoes ‘pre-apocalypse’, and having his world turned upside down in a matter of centuries. I look forward to continuing the journey and would suggest this game to anybody that has the time to sink into such a large beast.

As usual, mighty ape delivery had this to me on the morning Of release.

Bethesda has delivered an awesome product, some glitches which are easily forgiven due to depth of story and graphics.

The thing I like about Fallout is that it doesn't force you to play a certain way, ie if you want to be stealthy and unseen you can, go in guns blazing, or beat the crap out of everyone in melee combat… male or female, alone or with a companion, you play the way YOU want. Even the dialogue lets you choose what to say, but I don't think it has much affect on the story.

Overall a great game to lose yourself in, Fallout 4 will keep you busy for many hours ^^

This game is great, a real improvement on all other Bethesda open games but it lacks in story-line using predictable twists that wouldn't surprise anyone. Also after a couple of weeks of solid game play its gets pretty bland so i hope DLC1 comes soon and that its huge and will pull it together again or itll fade into obscurity. Like COD Ghosts. ew

Great game! Way better than I expected

I'll get to the review later because I've just gotten word of a settlement that needs your help, let me mark it on your map.

A masterpiece that has set a benchmark to how open-world games should be. There are too many things going on at once, with lots of detail in the world that it tries to mirror.

Only problem I felt was that the beginning is too rushed, and also we need MORE RADIO STATIONS!!!!! A lot of the music is repeated from Fallout 3 (with a real crap RJ).

Decent graphics, brilliant gameplay, love the scavenging for random objects to modify weapons and base building is fun( even though its difficult to get a prefab base not to float). On ps4 it has some pretty bad glitches. I got so far into the main storyline then a glitch stopped me from going further. Loading previous saves did not help.

Hours of fun! Such a massive game!

Seriously get this game it is amazing.

The vertical element in combat is my favourite addition. Graphics are much improved and finally we get a full colour palette, but Bethesda still lags in its textures for people – when it rains they turn to latex. Settlements are addictive, very addictive, but they nullify the loneliness of the Fallout series.

Even though Fallout does not have the best graphics it is made up for in the gameplay. This game is super strategic and incredibly addicting. Would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for more than just a “realistic shoot em up” game.

My brother loved this present I got him

This game has so many layers to it's game play that it is playable by people with various interests. It has main theme of combat with firearms but alsohas a lot of crafting options and house building and even gardening. This is a massive game that will quickly addict you and give vast amounts of value for your purchase.

So much content endless hours of amazing gaming ahead

Had it on Xbox… Played it through.. For hours and hours.. Had to get it again on PS4 when I switched sides.

The graphics on this game are phenomenal, and so are the personalisation aspects to the characters and surroundings. The storyline so far has been incredible and filled with thought and emotion, and I've loved it since day one.

I have loved all fallouts and this one is no exception. I dont get what the hate people have with the game – it follows the path of the past games and adds interesting elements. Loved it.

I find free roaming in this game very boring

What a fantastic game and such a step up from Fallout3. Loving this game with its challenges and ability to move at your own pace.

Couple of loading glitches but nothing an update wouldn't correct.
