This book is reasonably accessible, in the final product, the cooking styles and the ingredients. Lots of twists on old favourites. Very big help in going paleo.

A lot of fairly easy recipes and also some more involved ones so it's a good starting book for anyone trying to become paleo.

So glad I was introduced to this book. Definately my “go-to” favourite recipes.

I heard mixed reviews but I am really happy with the recipes. There are some that aren't really affordable to do regularly on a family budget but they are definitely great for special occasions. Then there is lots that are great for weekly meals too. Even has some Christmas recipes!

Fantastic book. Heaps of new ideas. Brilliant buy at the sale price.

Has a great range of recipes and is good if you need to make quick lunches/dinners compared to some of his other books as they're not as involved! I make recipes in bulk and then have meals done for the next few days

I love this cookbook. Being relatively new to “alternative” cooking, I've found these recipes totally doable & delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

Great book…only prob is if you live in a small town you cant get all the ingrediants…just have to improvise!

This cook book was a great Gift , lots of AMAZING things to cook , id say a must have if your doing Paleo.

Great book, lots of meal ideas. I enjoy food and this book allows me to follow a Paleo lifestyle with tasty food. Some of the recipes have long ingredient lists but I like that as it is an Australian chef the ingredients can still be readily found. I am already finding favourite meals that I am cooking again.
