Receipts fran livestock and product marketings were billion during the first three Quarters of this year, more than $500 million above the corresponding period of 1967. Cattle and calf receipts accounted for a gain of over $li00 million; prices were up over 1+ percent despite an increase in marketings. Receipts from hogs declined slightly, as prices below a year earlier more than offset an increase in slaughter.
