This book is really easy to follow and the food is delicious! Was a bit nervous at first as it looked like lots of ingredients that I wasn't familiar with (I am new to paleo)- but so far everything has been easy to find.

I am bit skeptical with cookbooks as they always seem so unrealistic to pull off, especially when small children involved. But this book is great, the meals are quick and yummy! Especially love the burgers!
