So nice to read something that really wakes you up to the internal dialogue that seems to happen automatically, but once you question it, you realise that there are some simple ways to get outside of your own mind. I highly recommend this book for anyone who seems to be stuck in their own fears!! :o)

Reviews

"A self-help classic which has brought many people to a more fulfilling, self-determined way of life. Too often, people short-circuit living by being afraid to speak in public, make decisions, take risks, apply for new jobs, end a marriage, start a new relationship and so on. The key is to start small, take a risk a day and expand the degree of uncertainty you're comfortable with. Written with courage, honesty and empathy, this is one of the best guides around. (Kirkus UK)
