Received the mouse mat today, and it makes use of the mouse near impossible. I suspect that the material used is so black, it absorbs the laser light and doesn't reflect back into the mouse mechanism or something, but where my mouse movements were smooth before, using the desk itself, with the mouse-mat they are jumpy, stuttery, it misses movements, and generally misbehaves. I can't recommend this product.
