Having had another brand of shredder that was a dream to use I was gutted when it finally died. Needing a replacement I went for this model and within a matter of a few months it crashed & Burned. Paper jammed monotonously even with 2–3 pages being guided in to machine. Totally impossible to retrieve paper jam without destroying machine. Do NOT recommend. Sorry Mighty Ape this product does not stack up to your usual quality.
Literally After Few To Couple Shreds and Jams Later, Now It Won't Work at All! Couldn't Even Handle a Single Peace of Paper. Spread Nearly $100 on This and Now I'm Livid Because Now I'm Gonna Have To Buy Another One. Buyer's Beware, Do Not Buy This
