This second volume of "15 management skills" covers the remaining 7 basic skills. Its seven chapters (eight in the first volume) have been designed in order to cover some of the basic management skills. Please, bear in mind this is not a complete manual. It is just a reminder of basic concepts to be covered, along with some practical exercises and tests. Those concepts are quite mainstream, as we didnt want to enter any debate about new trends, both in concepts and methodology, although we strongly recommend to spice the trainings with some experiential activities.
