Murder in the sanctity of a retirement community is not a manifestation of the good life anticipated by retirees. Worse luck when the residents at Clearview become entangled in a mysterious sequence of not one but three unnatural deaths. Enter gruff but good-hearted Tony O'Toole, retired detective posing as a resident, to protect Molly Stone, no-nonsense retired nurse, and Kate Cameron, free-spirited artist, intended victims. At first, the women resent his presence but grow to appreciate him as he saves them from additional threats. Finally, in a dramatic confrontation, Tony captures the killer. As he prepares to leave, Molly sadly realizes her feelings for Tony run deep. Then he announces his intention to become a permanent resident.
