Walker, MD, Associate Professor, Section of Emergency Medicine, Department of Surgery, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska A contributor to several Emergency Medicine texts, Dr. Walker frequently teaches at ACEP and SAEM programs. Michael C.
