Frenzy! is a fast and furious bi-plane shoot'em up, set in an ambiguous time and place where anything and everything is not only possible, but extrememly likely! It is a time of peace, until one day Evil Mastermind (and known Megalomaniac) Baron Count Von-To-Ten announces his fiendish plan to take over the entire world! No, really! He has created a Doomsday Device (or "Transmogrifier") which he has used to construct a vast (and rather unusual) private army in the back garden of his top-secret mountain hideaway.

One lone pilot stands between the deadly army and an unprepared world; one courageous, patriotic and above all expendable individual, who is ready to take to the skies and give the forces of nastiness a good thrashing!
