Second title in a new series about the dragons made by Elizabeth Pennykettle. The stories set the scene for Chris d'Lacey's epic dragon series, being set in the time just before David Rain arrives in the Pennykettle household.
Author Biography
Chris d'Lacey was originally a songwriter and musician, but started writing when a friend suggested he enter a writing competition. He has had over twenty books published now, one of which, Fly, Cherokee, Fly, was Highly Commended for the Carnegie Medal. Chris's dragon series for Orchard has achieved best-seller status across the four titles already published - book 5 is due in 2009.
