Author Beizhan Liu is a Chinese Canadian who lives in Toronto, Canada. He is an enterpriser, innovator and visionary. He invented VRP (Video Reality Processing) technology. He created Query Interview (QI) Communication Platform - WorldIntervieW.net which is the third way to communicate on the internet with message. He has a background in science research and software engineering. He loves photography and music. He has broad interests in management, international issue, politics, foreign relation, legislature, government, education, religion, culture, economy, etc. He was born in Luohe city located in the center of China (Henan Province). He spent 18 years of his Childhood there. He has a big warm family there. He attended China's National University of Defence Technology (Changsha, Hunan Province), Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province), Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (Shanghai) in succession, and acquired the related Bachelor and Master degrees. He went to Australia's Macquarie University (Sydney) for overseas study in 1997. He has lived and worked in Beijing for about 6 years, and engaged in the related work in science research and communication industries. In 1992, he married with his beautiful wife - Amy Jiang and has a warm family. In 2000, he immigrated to Canada with his family.
