I was surprised: not too shabby for $3! It's clearly a cheap Chinese product and won't last forever, nor does it look a million bucks. But hey – it does the job. The console slots into the clear plastic frame which is not tight; there is a small amount of wiggle room, so your DS won't get scraped or scratched slotting it in, while still remaining safely lodged. It fastens up easily. The games pockets and extra stylus are welcome additions. Please note: there are 2 cases on offer – one for the DSi and one for the DS Lite. I have bought both and there is no difference in size or otherwise between them. All DS and 3DS models will fit.
