Really enjoy this book even though I dont need the start paleo stuff but would be awesome for a beginner..love the recepies…good book to add to the collection :)

This book has the science, care and demonstrable proof that you are what you eat. Our lifestyle and attitudes improved so drastically within the space of a month, I bought this book for my Mum with the help of Mighty Ape and her health continues to improve to the extent we now expect to enjoy her company well beyond her 80 years … THANKS!

I loved every bit of this book, and it helped me transition to my predominately paleo (plus some low fat dairy plus some wine) program. Be warned it's pretty hard and fast with the do's and don'ts, taking the philosophy of you're 100% paleo or not paleo at all – no concessions allowed. This approach is loosened up in subsequent recipe books with a move to “stick to it as much as you can” philosophy. It's a great book though and highly recommended if you're wanting to transition successfully and understand true paleo eating, which unfortunately many ‘experts’ don't.
