I used this as an oven lining and it's not good at all. Yes, it does make your tray non-stick but things take longer to cook/bake on it and they also turn out pretty soft. Any oil also goes right through the mat and washing it doesn't get rid of the oil so there's very obvious oil stains on it and it is oily to touch even after it is dry.
