This Gravy Separator is ideal for using when making gravy. Simply pour the cooking juices or finished gravy into the jug, leave it to stand and then pour the gravy or juices into another container. The spout enables the liquid at the bottom of the jug to be poured without any of the oil or fat that will have collected at the top.
