Author Biography

Dr. Donald Franklin is Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Philosophy at University College London and also a Senior Economic Advisor in the Department of Health. He has written widely on both philosophy and health economics for Kirchberg and many leading journals including "Philosophy Today".
