In the year 1793, a little village called Cravencroft in England has become unsettled. The sudden decay in healthy trees along with animal carcases being left scattered around the area, in bizarre states that nobody could make sense of, had left the local people deeply puzzled. Thomas Krail along with the help of his Friends and the local Reverend are determined to get to the bottom of what was happening within their community. The outcome of their meeting results in tragedy and events of the past become a secret that remains hidden away.The year is now 2012 and some things cannot remain hidden forever, sometimes they resurface.
