Had one previously which worked great until I dropped it so replaced it with this one and am very disappointed that this does not work like my other… The lights flash or can be used as a torch but my dogs don't even notice the sound on this one not even the cat, either its not as loud or its detective because I know these devises usally work well on my dog, my last one was a single and cheaper akman but worked well.
