The design on the back has a digger in the inner section, cars etc on a road in the next section, and planes etc on the outer section. So you can spin the circles and make the vehicles move – there is no right or wrong way to line up the pieces.
It’s great for younger kids who aren’t able to do puzzles yet. Once they have mastered spinning the pieces, they can try the puzzle side with the car on it.
The spinning farm puzzle is more complicated, because the reverse side has animals split into heads, bodies and feet which have to align – it’s fun to line the animals up with the wrong body parts too!
Hape recommend this for 24 months and up, but we found it great from 15/16 months.
