I bought this item knowing it was a “blind bag” and hoping for a different item than what I received. I could live with that. However, when it arrived the item was NOT a blind bag. It is in a normal zip lock bag. Which means Mighty Ape knew which item it was going to be (so I could have requested a specific one) and it is not in the manufacturer's packaging, so might has well have bought a used one. This is dishonest because the product specification explicitly stated it was a blind bag, not “an opened product that we will select”. I was expecting a bagged product to give as a gift, and the recipient would have accepted the randomness, but to pretend you don't know what it is, and be sending an opened product is a different thing altogether. Unhappy about your misrepresentation of the product and situation. Will just buy from a physical store in the future.
