Author Biography:

KELLEY LEE is Senior Lecturer in Global Health Policy and Chair of the Centre on Globalization, Environmental Change and Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is author of A Historical Dictionary of the World Health Organization and Health Policy in a Globalizing World (edited with Kent Buse and Suzanne Fustukian).
