Rosemary Kearney runs her own catering business, Rosemary & Thyme. She has a degree in Food Science and has trained as a chef at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. She now teaches annual cooking courses for coeliacs at Ballymaloe, which are regularly oversubscribed.
