Quick to learn. Simple instructions. Quick to play. With games lasting no longer than 15minutes including set up its a great game to fill a bored moment or two. It says ages 8+ on the box but our 5 year old grasped the concept of the game very easily and really enjpyed it.

For older players strategy becomes important and a fun way to block the oter players.

A fun game for me and the kids to play, also very quick and easy to learn.

Cool little ‘quickie’ game. Accessible and fun challenge for all ages. If you have only 15 minutes this is an awesome choice.

A fun little game that's easy to learn & quick to play. Younger kids can enjoy just playing it & older kids can be more strategic with their moves.

I like this game. It is quick and easy, but I wish it was quicker to set up. The penguin figurines are adorable and full of personality though!

My boys love this game. They have hours of fun

My kids love this game. It is completely strategy, but is still really easy to learn and play. It's especially good for younger kids since the rules are so simple. My 5 year old picked it up in 10 minutes. But the older kids will get more ruthless with the strategy and enjoy it more. The big issue is how annoying it is to set up and manage the pieces. It takes about as long to set up as it does to play which is very frustrating, and the kids find it hard to pick up a piece without splashing the whole layout.

Great game for the family to play from the young kids through to adults. Our 5 year old can sometimes beat his 9 year sister and they have both been able to beat the parents as well. Definitely has some strategy but younger ones can wing it and still pull off a win. Fun!

I bought this game to play with my family. It's easy to set up and easy to learn, but surprisingly deep in its replay value and mechanics. Kids will love being able to grab the more valuable fish before their parents do, while adults will love how cutthroat this game can be. In a just a few moves, you can cut someone off from the rest of the board, which, I have to admit, my kids love to do to me. I would definitely recommend this game to families.

This is great game. I have seen adults spend ages getting strategic and then the kids with no plan at all winning the game much to the horror of the adult. Seriously good fun for all ages.

A great small abstract game that you can take with you anywhere. Its great for children and the theme will appeal to them. But also provides some challenge and strategy when played seriously too.

The title and theme might fool you into thinking this is a kids game. It is, but it's quite strategic as well so fun for grown ups too. A good filler for games night or a fun introduction to strategy games for the family!

Played this with some newbies and some experienced board gamers – all loved it. Really love the depth of strategy that comes out of some really easy to learn rules, and yet the game is over quickly too :)

So easy to learn, and teach a four-year-old the rules. Once you know how to play its so easy to set up and play.

I run a gaming group and holiday program. This is a great family game for kids and adults. It is simple to play, you can learn in a minute or so, has lots of tactical thinking to challenge young and old alike, and plays out in 10–15 minutes. This is a brilliant game to start into modern boardgames, and this edition is like a travel pack, you can take it almost anywhere and requires about 30×30cm table space. A great gift as well.

It comes in a box the size of a mince and cheese pie, but this game has a surprising amount of strategy. With rules you can learn in 10 seconds and really cute game pieces, this would be a hit with the kids… but wait till you get 4 adults sitting round the table – then the cut-throat nastiness begins to surface! Excellent way to spend quarter of an hour.

I didnt read enought about the game so was my fault was dissapointed about size of game.

Ever had a bunch of five year olds sitting at a table saying “Oi! That's my fish!” No- Well I have and it's super fun, simple to play to all ages and the kids have even named the penguins. Tactics are quickly learnt and battle lines drawn as multiple players can either team up or cut off the icebergs from other players. The size, quality and price of the game is perfect for players who have a spare 10 minutes to play!
