What a bargain. This game sits up there with the main War theme contenders, Medal of Honour series, Call of Duty, Day of Defeat, Battlefield 1942 series etc (I have them all). The graphics are brilliant and I guess may depend on the spec's of yer PC? The game is not a brainless FPS and involves commanding several other (AI) players, it requires some skill and strategy and you have 3 choices in fighting, FPS, 3rdPS and tactical movement. There are great missions and the scenery is breathtaking at times. Be sure to update to the latest patch (there is an icon in the main game folder for this) as it incorprates some bug fixes plus allows the standard WSAD key movement (the default one uses arrow keys etc) but you can also create your own key lay out. I got the game for my bro also and he rates it highly. I cannot believe more people aren't playing it online too! The maps are great as is character creation. Best $29 bucks I have ever spent !!

This game will wipe Day of Defeat, Breakthrough, Call of Duty, and Battlefield 1942 off the face of the planet because it is that GOOD. Once you get as far as the desert maps you will know what I mean. When I say that this game is serious, hardcore, leaves you with black eyes, and won’t sugar coat anything for you, I mean it for real.

Compared to the other games out there related to WW2 this game stands out BIG TIME. For those of us who have played literally every WW2 PC clone out there we should and would know what we are talking about.

I’ve played this game on the hardest settings available and it was probably my greatest gaming experience ever. It took me hours just to beat the first level as you only get one life, no saves, and the AI has a nose to sniff you out just as you will them. This is realism at its best. The fact that you do not get the option to save at all during the missions just multiplies the realism by 10×. The gaming dynamics and AI is top notch.

You can play this game ninja style if you want or run and gun the entire map but that would be a bad decision as the more ruckus you make the more the enemy on the entire map locks in on your position and pops you full of lead. That is unless you have backup and position your teammates like a real commander and catch them off guard. This game takes WW2 gaming action to its best level to date.

I have had this game on pre-order for over 1 year. I have played all the war games to date, this is the best so far. Four years in the making, every detail is there. If you want to use your head as well as your mouse this game lets you do it.

The interface is quite good although it does take a few mintues to get accustomed too. The AI is great and I haven't noticed any bugs in it yet. There are lots of guns etc. So if you like a game that has lots of hours of play in it, get this.
