Amazing gunfights, Spectacular stunts and Wildly expensive set pieces are three things this film does not have. Instead; an incredibly compelling storyline of mortality and the human condition exacerbated by first rate acting performances make High Noon not only one of the best Westerns of all time, but one of the best films of all time as well.
