When I got this book id never thought it would be such a life changer than I previously thought! I just got this to help with some personal study's (Which requires large amounts of material to be remembered) But id never thought I could be able to remember such a large quantity of information in such a short time! Using The memory techniques in this book your able to put anything into your long-term memory while having fun! Gaining the knowledge on how to do this is definitely worth the money. Even if your not studying but want to be able to remember were you put your car keys last night you could really benefit from this!

A great life time investment. Even better if your still in school lol!

And it also offers some handy advice on altering those unpleasant memory's, what type of nutrition you might need to help the brain and how to survive the exam period. It also offers some great techniques on how to remember numbers also.

So if your looking at getting a book about enhancing your memory you could be looking at the best right now. Definitely one to add to your collection!

Author Biography:

Jonathan Hancock is a graduate of Oxford University, a double world record breaker and former World Memory Champion, and the author of many books on memory and learning. He has demonstrated his learning techniques on numerous radio and TV programs, run memory training courses in business and education, and now works as a teacher. In 2008 he joined forces with The Learning Skills Foundation to become Founder of The Junior Memory Championship, the first national memory competition for primary-school children. Foreword by Professor Alan Baddeley. With degrees from the Universities of London, Princeton and Cambridge, he is a world authority on human memory. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society, the British Academy and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and Advisor to The Learning Skills Foundation. Alan Baddeley has a number of honorary degrees, and was awarded the CBE for his contribution to the study of memory.
