Description

How to survive the death of a loved one. It is possible to let go and hang on all at the same time. In this journal I share moments of grace and insight as well as moments when I teetered on the edge of sanity. Early on it occurred to me that writing in a journal might be helpful, but I needed more guidance than empty pages could provide. I needed connection-some bit of insight into how to express myself with a bit of hope. So, here's my journal to you, sent with the wish that its contents helps you in some inspiring way. Go ahead, share your thoughts, scribble some pictures, stare at the pages and drift in your mind, whatever brings you comfort or release in this moment. Feel my hand in yours and know you're not crazy, and you're certainly not alone.
