"Scorsese's latest masterpiece is not just for children."
5 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

This is a film that improves with multiple viewings. If it seems a little slow on first viewing, this turns out to be time in which to savour its many charms. And if you can't see it in 3D, Blu-ray is the next best thing. The quality of both visuals and sound is stunning. This film is a must for everyone who loves film.

"One of those rare movies where the movie is as good as the book."
5 stars"

My son and I loved the book, and the movie too when it came out. One of those rare finds where the movie complements everything that is wonderful and complex about the book. A magical masterpiece that every family member, young or old, should have the opportunity to enjoy. Definitely one to add to your home library as you will want to watch it over and over and discover new details each time.
