With frustration of constantly trying to replicate drawings accurately, I decided to purchase the Huion A4 led light pad. I initially was going to attempt to construct my own light box, but soon discovered with a bit of research that this would be a far superior option.
Straight out of the box it worked, no fuss. I am very happy with the product with it's clean design and very usable work surface, I would urge anyone who is considering buying this product to do so as it is a worthy investment.
Really impressed with this light pad. Easy to use and perfect for the purpose.
I was tossing this up between another version which is USB powered, but I'm glad I chose this one. Very good for heavier paper– the lowest setting beams through 100gsm. The brightest setting makes printed photos extra clear to trace. Solid build, no “patches” at the edges, and lightweight so I can draw on my lap or travel with it.
