100% the best headset I have ever owned, I use it on my ps5, can't get over how lightweight and comfortable it is , sound quality is amazing, just enough bass,mids and trebles, 7.1/3D surround sounds great highly recommended this headset for ps4/ps5
Bought this headset 3 months ago and it has now stopped charging I don't know why I have tried different cables maybe it's just my bad luck but it should not break after 3 months of regular use. As of now it's a paper weight and I am going to be getting incontact with support as it should fall under warranty.

**Please note: The virtual 7.1 surround sound is supported through the USB sound card only when used on a computer. The Cloud II is officially supported with the PS4 using the 3.5mm audio jack plugged into the controller. It can be used with the USB sound card but as the PS4 does not have the drivers to run the sound card it will only support pass through sound. When used that way the 7.1, volume and mic control buttons are disabled; only the mic mute switch on the side will work.
