Alison Inches has written over 80 books for children, including a bestseller, Go to Bed, Fred! She is also the author In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy, The Candy Bar Cookbook: Baking with America's Favorite Candy and Designs and Doodles: A Muppet Sketchbook. Alison lives in California with her husband, Ric and their son, Hunter. Hiroe Nakata has illustrated numerous picture books including Lucky Pennies and Hot Chocolate; Duck Skates, Duck; Shoe Bop!; and One More Hug. Encouraged in her art by her grandfather who is a painter in Japan, Hiroe graduated from the Parsons School of Design. She currently lives and works in New York City.
